Our Process

 

Success has been defined as 1/ 3 knowing “what to do” and 2/ 3 “getting it done”. Unlike many firms that use similar methods, CVA’s focus is “getting it done”. To achieve this, CVA addresses the barriers to success up front and by building trust by engaging key associates in the process. CVA also works with clients to identify the barriers to successful implementation. Our goal is for clients to earn the return on their research and development investments that they desire.

CVA’s process consists of the following five steps.
